In our theme park app you will find over 700 parks and 14000 attractions with technical data, user-generated waiting times, prices, opening times, reviews from other guests, nearby hotels and much more! This not only saves storage space on your mobile phone but also makes your day at the park easier. You can also quickly find all the parks in your area and plan your perfect day out!
When you register with us in the APP, you don't need much. Username, email and password and you can become a member of our community. Our FPC-Leo will show you the individual steps to become a fully-fledged member of our large community.
If you are in a park, you will see the logo of the respective park on the highlights page. If you see the FreizeitparkCheck logo, you have not been recognised. To restart the recognition, use the localisation button (arrow).
Our APP offers the possibility to take and share pictures in the park. Geolocation is used to assign the pictures to the correct park. For geolocation to work, either position data must be stored in the picture or you must be in a park to which the uploaded pictures are then assigned. Our FPC-Leo shows you how easy it is to take and share pictures.
This shows that the user is a ‘FreizeitparkCheck Plus’ member. This is a paid membership that includes additional services in the app and forum, such as G-force measurements, routing to the park and much more! To be able to enter waiting times, you must be in the respective theme park where you want to enter them. In addition, the APP must have recognised that you are in the park. See also the next point.
For this feature, geofences must be activated in the app settings. The app must also receive permission from the mobile phone to access the user's location.
With the theme park app and a suitable mobile phone* you can measure the g-forces of the roller coasters. To do this, start the measurement and stow the mobile phone safely in your pocket or jacket. The mobile phone screen must not be locked. The app must be running in the foreground during the measurement. After the ride, you will see a graph showing the load on the track. This is an amusement park PLUS function!
